Medical schools write to Student Finance to increase financial support for medical students

The Medical Schools Council has written to the governments in England, Wales and Northern Ireland* expressing concern about the increasing financial pressures being placed on medical students. Medical schools are calling for a change in the way in which funding works for final year students, with particular reference to the NHS Bursary and the cost of living crisis.
