The membership of the Medical Schools Council is made up of the Heads or Deans of the 32 UK undergraduate medical schools, plus the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (postgraduate).
The Executive Committee of the Council meet six times a year to steer the work of the Council. The Committee consists of the three Officers of the Council and five elected members, including the Chair of the Scottish Deans Group. Additional members may also be co-opted to the Executive Committee.
The work of the Medical Schools Council is supported by the Medical Schools Council Secretariat.
