A Clinical Research Associate vacancy has arisen to work on a highly novel project in the Institute of Neuroscience involving the study of brain changes occurring in patients with Parkinson’s and Multiple System
atrophy.
You will undertake a cross-sectional study involving use of PET/MRI imaging in these patients. They will be involved in the clinical assessment of these patients, supervise the imaging studies, together with the data
gathering process and analysis. You will have a medical degree (MB BS equivalent), MRCP (or equivalent), clinical training in neurology and full GMC registration with a licence to practice in the UK.
You should have previous exposure to patients with movement disorders, and ability to assess clinically. Previous experience in running clinical trials/studies is desirable.
This post is fixed term for a period of 23 months.
