Student professionalism competition - one week left to submit

20.09.20

There is now one week left for students to submit to the joint Medical Schools Council and General Medical Council student competition on professionalism.

Students are asked to create an engaging teaching session explaining what the joint GMC-MSC guidance Achieving good medical practice says about communicating with patients or as part of multidisciplinary teams.

What's in it for you?

  • The winning entry will be awarded a £300 high street voucher, with two runners up winning a £100 high street voucher each.
  • The winning session will be shared with all UK medical schools as a teaching resource and shortlisted sessions will be published on the GMC website.
  • The winner will also be invited to present their session at the GMC annual conference and blog about their experience in GMC news for students.

The competition closes on Sunday 27 September, and more details are available here
