When it comes to making an application to medicine there are many sources of information out there. But it can be difficult for applicants to know which are authoritative. Our new series of videos on admissions – Infoshorts – aims to bust some myths and reassure potential applicants about the process, with information straight from the key voices in medicine admissions in the UK.

This is possible thanks to the kind contributions from the heads of admissions who make up the Selection Alliance as well as from others such as the Education Leads, and on forthcoming videos about the admissions tests used for medicine we will have information from experts at UCAT and BMAT.

To celebrate results day and the awarding of places to the next cohort of medical students, the first Infoshort is on the subject of preparing for medical school. Look out for more videos over the rest of 2019.
