Each medical school will list the non-UK equivalent grades that it will accept from international applicants. You should find this information on the UCAS website and also on the individual medical schools websites.

It may be useful for you to contact UK NARIC who help identify the non-UK equivalent grades. They will also be able to talk you through your qualifications and whether they are accepted in the UK.
