The Medical Schools Council welcomes revised Tomorrow's Doctors guidance from the GMC
The Medical School Council congratulates the GMC on its publication of the fully revised
‘Tomorrow’s Doctors’ guidance, which takes account of recent changes in professional standards and postgraduate medical education. We particularly welcome the greater emphasis on hands on experience for undergraduate students, including plans to introduce of Student Assistantships.
We recognise that collaboration between the Medical Schools and Teaching Hospitals will be essential to the successful implementation of Student Assistantships.
