The Medical Schools Council, joint with the Association of UK University Hospitals, welcomes the draft NHS Constitution. The joint consultation response outlines concerns that there should be greater recognition of the NHS having only finite resources, and that it is the responsibility of the clinician to ensure an accurate diagnosis.
