Medical Schools Council member Irene Leigh, professor of cellular and molecular medicine at the University of Dundee, has been elected to the Royal Society of Edinburgh. Irene, along with 39 UK and International fellows, will be involved in providing policy advice to the Government, outreach education programmes and other public engagement activities.
