Terms and Conditions for third party use of Medical Schools Council (MSC) data on clinical academic staffing levels

1. All material and data contained in the Product is copyright to MSC. All intellectual property rights in such material are vested and shall remain vested in MSC. It is acknowledged that the data contained on the Product is derived from databases compiled and owned by MSC and that MSC retains all rights in such data.

2. You may not make the Product, or the data therein, available to any other organisation or transfer it to any other country without prior permission from MSC.

3. You undertake that You will not use the Product, or the data therein, to identify or affect individuals personally in any way.
 
4. You undertake that each time data is reproduced by You (or on Your behalf) an attribution is included on behalf of MSC in a form previously approved in writing by MSC.

5. MSC shall not have any liability (however caused) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues, increased costs or expenses or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this Product. MSC do not accept any liability for any inferences or conclusions derived from this Product by You or any third party.

6. All data collected and supplied by MSC undergo an extensive Quality Assurance process. However, no warranty is given as to the quality or accuracy of any data within the Product.

7. Use of the Product is interpreted as absolute agreement to these Terms and Conditions of use.

8. These Terms and Conditions of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
