A recruitment website for clinical academic medical jobs was launched in July 2008. Job seekers are able to search free of charge for job vacancies and research opportunities by School, Specialty, Region and Job Title.

It is intended that www.clinicalacademicjobs.org will become the focal point for recruitment into clinical academia and that the website will act as a vital career resource for the current and future academic medical workforce.  

The Medical Schools Council is committed to encouraging the development of clinical academic careers, by working with other interested parties and by supporting medical schools in the recruitment and promotion of clinical academic jobs.
